Every piece is made to order: about 2-3 weeks to build (carving, your photo approval, finishing), then 3-7 business days in transit by tracked freight - about 3-4 weeks door to door in total. You will receive tracking by email.

Often, yes. Email support@squidhappycraft.com with the piece and your dimensions and we will quote it before you order.

Solid hardwood in Oak, Walnut, Black or Brown finish. Grain, knots and colour vary naturally from piece to piece - that is the character of real wood.

Yes - free to any address in the contiguous U.S.. Large furniture and wall panels are crated and delivered curbside by freight carrier; decor ships by parcel. See our Shipping Policy.

The carrier brings the crate to the curb or driveway and will call to schedule. Please have help on hand for heavy pieces, and inspect the crate before signing.

At this time we ship within the contiguous United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii or international delivery, email us for a quote before ordering.

You can change or cancel within 24 hours of ordering. After that, made-to-order pieces are final sale - but anything that arrives damaged or with a workmanship defect is repaired or replaced free. See our Refund Policy.

Note the damage on the carrier's receipt and email support@squidhappycraft.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost.

Dust with a soft cloth, wipe spills promptly, keep away from radiators and direct sun, and re-oil once a year with a food-safe wood oil to keep the finish rich.

Into studs or masonry anchors rated for the weight listed on the product page. For pieces over 50 lb we recommend professional installation.
