The Modern Floating Shelf in handcrafted solid wood is right at home above a desk, beside a reading chair, or on a bare bedroom wall. It holds books, notebooks, framed photos, small plants, pottery, and the office supplies you reach for every day.
With no visible bulk below, the shelf keeps walls looking tidy and floors completely clear. The simple modern form lets the natural beauty of the wood take the lead, so it works in compact rooms and larger spaces alike.
Each shelf is made from solid wood that is shaped, sanded, carved, and finished by hand. The result is a smooth, refined surface for everyday use, with warm grain and organic texture on display.
It suits modern, minimalist, Scandinavian, Japandi, rustic, and boho interiors, adding function and texture without overwhelming the room.
Every shelf is handcrafted to order from natural wood, so grain, tone, and shape may vary slightly from the photos, giving each piece its own character.
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.
Allow about 2-3 weeks (7-10 days rough carving, photo approval, then 7 days finish and pack). Delivery is tracked (3-7 days by tracked freight). Tracking is emailed upon dispatch. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Any order arriving damaged, chipped, or with a workmanship flaw is repaired or replaced free of charge.

Solid hardwood, carved and finished by hand. Grain, knots and colour vary naturally from piece to piece - that is the character of real wood, not a defect. Made to order: we send you photos of the raw carving to approve before finishing; allow about 3-4 weeks door to door.
Dimensions are listed in the size option. Choose Oak, Walnut, Black or Brown finish. Need a custom size? Email us before ordering and we will quote it.
