The seat keeps the uneven edge of the timber, while the rest of the form is smoothed into gentle curves. Strong legs give it a grounded stance, and the low 14-inch height makes it comfortable for slipping shoes on and off. It brings a handmade feel to a busy entry.
Solid wood blocks are joined and lightly finished so the grain and texture remain easy to see and feel. Each bench is made to order, and natural wood means the edge shape, grain, and color differ from one piece to another. It ships in parts and is assembled on arrival.
Use it in an entryway or hallway, at the foot of the bed, as accent seating in a living room, or on a covered patio or sunroom. Keep it out of direct rain, wipe spills quickly, and add felt pads to protect hard floors.
Can it go outdoors?
It suits covered patios and sunrooms; for longer life, keep it sheltered from direct rain and standing water.
Is the seat height standard?
At 14 inches high, it sits a little lower than a dining chair, which makes it easy to use for putting on shoes.
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.
