Solid wood, left in its natural tone. This Rustic Live Edge Wood Floating Shelf pairs a raw, organic front edge with clean straight lines at the back and sides. It brings storage and quiet rustic warmth to a bathroom vanity wall.
The front follows the original contour of the timber. No two slabs share the same outline, so depth shifts slightly from end to end. Pieces come from a range of wood species, each with its own grain and color.
Expect splits, knots and raised honeycomb texture. These marks are part of the look, not flaws. The oiled finish can soften the live edge in transit, leaving it a little raised or flaky. A light pass with the included sandpaper smooths it, and the edge firms up as the oil cures.
Each shelf is handcrafted to order from natural timber. Grain, color and edge shape will vary, so the piece you receive is entirely its own.
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.
Allow about 2-3 weeks (7-10 days rough carving, photo approval, then 7 days finish and pack). Delivery is tracked (3-7 days by tracked freight). Tracking is emailed upon dispatch. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Any order arriving damaged, chipped, or with a workmanship flaw is repaired or replaced free of charge.

Solid hardwood, carved and finished by hand. Grain, knots and colour vary naturally from piece to piece - that is the character of real wood, not a defect. Made to order: we send you photos of the raw carving to approve before finishing; allow about 3-4 weeks door to door.
