Solid wood, carved from a single trunk. This Rustic Wooden Standing Coat Rack rises like a young tree. Its branches are the hooks.
There are no bolted-on fittings. The artisan carves the trunk to release flowing, upward branches. Each one is hand-sanded broad and round. Coats, hats and leather bags hang without creasing. Because the branches grow from the core of the timber, they carry heavy winter layers with ease.
The piece is dense and weighty. Knots, swirls and deep grain stay visible under a satin finish. The carver follows the shape the wood suggests, so each silhouette is its own.
Choose a compact height for a small alcove or go as tall as seven feet for a high foyer. Branch count and overall width can change too. Larger sizes or added thickness carry an extra charge. Keep it out of direct sun and away from strong heat sources.
Solid wood moves with the seasons. Small seasoning checks, knots and color shifts are natural and expected. Each rack is handcrafted to order by a partner artisan workshop, so no two are alike.
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.
Allow about 2-3 weeks (7-10 days rough carving, photo approval, then 7 days finish and pack). Delivery is tracked (3-7 days by tracked freight). Tracking is emailed upon dispatch. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Any order arriving damaged, chipped, or with a workmanship flaw is repaired or replaced free of charge.

Solid hardwood, carved and finished by hand. Grain, knots and colour vary naturally from piece to piece - that is the character of real wood, not a defect. Made to order: we send you photos of the raw carving to approve before finishing; allow about 3-4 weeks door to door.
