Hang the Live Edge Teak Root Floating Shelf above a bathtub or in a sunlit living room and the space immediately feels a bit more grounded. Its untrimmed edge and solid wood character bring a warm, natural accent to a wall that needed one.
Instead of being squared off, the board keeps the contours, knots and grain it grew with. Hidden brackets let the shelf appear to float, so the organic edge gets all the attention.
It is a comfortable fit in bathrooms and laundry rooms, holding towels, soaps or baskets, and it is just as happy in a living room, kitchen, bedroom or home office with books, plants and photos. For anything heavier, mount it to secure wall support so it stays solid and safe.
With knots and grain that come straight from the tree, every shelf is individual and will differ from the photos. Each one is handcrafted to order by a partner artisan workshop.
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.
Allow about 2-3 weeks (7-10 days rough carving, photo approval, then 7 days finish and pack). Delivery is tracked (3-7 days by tracked freight). Tracking is emailed upon dispatch. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Any order arriving damaged, chipped, or with a workmanship flaw is repaired or replaced free of charge.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method in 5–10 business days. See the full Refund Policy.
Solid hardwood, carved and finished by hand. Grain, knots and colour vary naturally from piece to piece - that is the character of real wood, not a defect. Made to order: we send you photos of the raw carving to approve before finishing; allow about 3-4 weeks door to door.
Dimensions are listed in the size option. Choose Oak, Walnut, Black or Brown finish. Need a custom size? Email us before ordering and we will quote it.
