Unlike a grid of boxes, the compartments here vary in size and curve, which invites a more curated arrangement: a stack of art books in one opening, a single vase in another. In an office it makes a striking backdrop for video calls; in an open-plan home it can even help define zones.
Artisans join solid wood blocks and shape the curves by hand, then lightly finish the surface to keep its warmth and texture. The bookshelf travels in sections and is assembled in place. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, so each one differs subtly. Anchor taller sizes to the wall for stability.
Which size fits under an 8-foot ceiling?
All five sizes fit under a standard 96-inch ceiling, with the 79 inch version leaving clearance for a few plants or objects on top.
Is wall anchoring recommended?
For the taller sizes and in homes with children or pets, securing the top to the wall is a good safety step.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.
Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.
Allow about 2-3 weeks (7-10 days rough carving, photo approval, then 7 days finish and pack). Delivery is tracked (3-7 days by tracked freight). Tracking is emailed upon dispatch. Full details on our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Any order arriving damaged, chipped, or with a workmanship flaw is repaired or replaced free of charge.

Solid hardwood, carved and finished by hand. Grain, knots and colour vary naturally from piece to piece - that is the character of real wood, not a defect. Made to order: we send you photos of the raw carving to approve before finishing; allow about 3-4 weeks door to door.
Dimensions are listed in the size option. Choose Oak, Walnut, Black or Brown finish. Need a custom size? Email us before ordering and we will quote it.
