Every piece is carved, sanded and finished by hand in our own workshop in Vietnam, then photographed for your approval before it ships. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, so no two pieces are exactly alike.

Shipping is completely free on all U.S. orders. Every piece is built to order from solid hardwood, crated with reinforced timber framing, and delivered curbside by specialized freight.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Any order arriving damaged, chipped, or with a workmanship flaw is repaired or replaced free of charge.
